The Construction Assistant Project Manager role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with an annual pay range of $75,350–$92,050. The role assists the construction team with pre-construction and construction activities across assigned projects. It supports project coordination, schedule and cost tracking, procurement, documentation, and communication so project teams can meet completion requirements and maintain safe, quality construction.

What you'll do

• Support daily project coordination
• assist the Project Manager with communicating schedules, construction methods, policies, permits, safety, sustainability, and quality standards
• procure materials, tools, and equipment
• coordinate with external design and engineering teams
• update progress and cost reports and schedules
• assist with estimation and pre-construction
• coordinate monthly draws and review payment applications
• support OAC meetings and maintain minutes
• maintain project records and drawing updates in Procore.
