The Electrical Technician, Defense Manufacturing, Day Shift role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH, with compensation of $20–$24 per hour. The role supports a defense manufacturer’s production team building mission-critical systems for the U.S. military. The technician assembles and installs electrical and electromechanical components, interprets engineering documentation, and tests connections to verify they meet specifications. This hands-on production work contributes to the manufacture and quality of defense systems and related assemblies.

What you'll do

• Assemble electronic control panels, distribution panels, generator enclosures, and control devices
• install electrical components
• read schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, engineering drawings, and wire lists
• test connections for continuity, resistance, shorts, and grounds
• perform electromechanical assembly, disassembly, rework, basic testing, and repair
• complete panel installations
• use hand and small power tools in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Why this role

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Requires at least 5 years of electrical systems experience, ability to work from schematics and drawings, EMI connector and cable-building experience, and low-voltage wiring knowledge (24V AC/DC).
