What you'll do

• Own the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams Voice, and Copilot administration and governance
• lead platform lifecycle, licensing, adoption, modernization, and migrations
• oversee contact center, telephony, conferencing, messaging, carrier services, call routing, IVR, and integrations
• lead and develop engineers and administrators
• manage vendors, contracts, budgets, and technology projects
• support HIPAA, cybersecurity, privacy, continuity, and disaster recovery requirements.
