• Facilitate requirements sessions

• lead discovery workshops and demonstrations
• serve as a technical and solution architecture subject matter expert
• configure, develop, integrate, and customize Salesforce environments
• manage Salesforce roadmaps and documentation
• coordinate deployments
• lead and coach developers
• design and develop projects
• work with Agile and Scrum methods.
