Shift Supervisor — Sage Village

Job overview

The Shift Supervisor role is onsite in French Camp, CA, with compensation of $24.00–$25.47 per hour. The position supports Sage Village, a Turning Point Community Programs service that provides mental health services, employment, and housing. The supervisor oversees shift operations and staff scheduling, provides leadership in the Team Leader’s absence, supports case management and client well-being, and helps maintain program documentation and communication.

What you'll do

• Provide leadership and direction for clients and staff when the Team Leader is absent
• review and track staff progress notes
• secure coverage for absent staff
• assist with performance evaluations and hiring
• update shift forms and send shift incident reports
• coordinate PM medication runs
• carry a small caseload and provide case management as required
• provide rotational after-hours on-call support for clients in crisis
• complete assigned paperwork.
