The technician completes apartment turns, renovations, work orders, and preventive maintenance across multiple trades. The role helps keep the community’s apartments and systems in working order and responds to maintenance needs, including through a rotating emergency on-call schedule.

What you'll do

• Complete apartment turns, including doors and cabinet installation, trim, drywall, painting, and finish work
• diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, appliance, and HVAC issues
• complete work orders, typically within 24 hours
• participate in a rotating emergency on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• support seasonal property needs such as snow removal.

Why this role

A high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required. Three or more years of multi-family maintenance, construction, or skilled-trade experience is preferred.
