• Partner with CPEE leadership to translate priorities into plans and measurable objectives
• drive operating rhythms, governance, and execution management
• lead cross-functional strategic programs
• identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities
• develop executive communications, presentations, dashboards, and decision-support materials
• track commitments and deliverables
• collaborate across global manufacturing sites
• support supplier engagements
• apply AI, automation, and data-driven approaches to improve productivity and decision-making.
