What you'll do

• Oversee dining services at a small to medium-volume location
• interact with residents, patients, guests, and customers and resolve concerns
• assist with profit and loss, budgeting, and labor responsibilities
• work with the chef and management team on menus and food quality
• support meal service, sanitation, infection control, and facility activities
• support food safety and dietary compliance
• coordinate with culinary and clinical/support teams on specialized dietary needs
• assist with new dining program rollouts, reports, and efforts to improve participation and satisfaction.
