The Human Resources Business Partner role is hybrid in Minneapolis, MN, with two days in the office each week. Pay is $30–$35 per hour. The role supports Lakeland Sleep & CPAP’s administrative, clinical, and operational teams as the company works to improve patients’ quality of life through sleep health services. As the primary HR leader for a small medical services company, the position manages core people operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and workplace culture. It helps the organization maintain accurate, compliant HR processes while supporting employees and managers.

What you'll do

• Lead HR processes and advise ownership, managers, and employees
• manage recruiting, screening, offers, and onboarding
• maintain employee and compliance records
• coordinate payroll through ADP
• administer benefits
• support employment-law compliance
• develop HR policies and documentation
• advise on employee relations and performance
• track credentials, licensing, and training
• maintain confidentiality.
