Machine Operator

Job overview

The Machine Operator role is onsite in Groveton, NH, with compensation of $17–$21 per hour. Momentum Manufacturing Group aims to provide customers with high-quality components. The operator performs basic machine setups and production work, monitors quality and scrap, and follows standard procedures to help meet production requirements and maintain component quality.

What you'll do

• Perform simple machine setups
• read and understand most blueprints
• follow quality-control requirements and procedures
• monitor scrap rates
• inspect parts according to procedure
• use cutting tools appropriately
• meet production requirements
• work with a team and maintain attention to detail
• work overtime if required.

Why this role

One year of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination, required. High school diploma or GED preferred; blueprint reading is a plus, with training available. Experience with steel, aluminum, or stainless steel preferred.
