The Early Childhood Teacher role is onsite in Flandreau, SD. Pay is $21.50–$25 per hour. The teacher delivers developmentally appropriate, play-based learning, supports each child’s development, and engages families. The role also maintains classroom safety and records and provides daily guidance to classroom assistants, contributing to a consistent early childhood learning environment.

Why this role

The schedule is 40 hours per week between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a CDA credential is required or must be obtained within the first year. At least one year of group-care experience is required.
