What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate new product and process initiatives and improvements
• manage multiple complex projects
• coach technical team leaders
• lead the plant maintenance team and use maintenance and storeroom management programs
• develop technician capabilities with plant pillars
• drive throughput, equipment effectiveness, reliability, and capacity utilization
• support day-to-day results and longer-term projects
• support productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale
• report food safety or quality risks
• travel 15–30%.
