What you'll do

• Design enterprise ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM architecture and implementation roadmaps
• work with Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB development
• integrate ServiceNow ITOM with third-party tools
• configure and customize automation and data collection
• use Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and CSDM
• support SAM Pro and HAM Pro asset management
• maintain CMDB data integrity and dashboards.
