What you'll do

• Assist customers with archery gear and outdoor product recommendations
• set up, tune, adjust, and repair bows and crossbows
• maintain the archery workbench, tools, and supplies
• educate customers on equipment use, safety, and maintenance
• assist with sales in other departments as needed
• operate the point-of-sale system
• stock and price merchandise
• maintain an organized sales floor
• participate in product training and support promotions and events.
