Branch & Insurance Specialist This is an onsite, full-time position in Williston, VT, with a pay range of $18.25 – $20.08 per hour, plus eligibility for incentive programs. AAA Northern New England is a leading automotive, travel, and insurance provider. The purpose of this role is to provide members with insurance and membership services support, acting as a first point of contact for inquiries and sales opportunities within the branch network.

What you'll do

• Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services.
• Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Be provided with training on AAA products and services to meet cross-selling goals.
• Be eligible for advancement with skills-based pay increases and quarterly bonuses.

What we're looking for

Experience

Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environment
