Inside Sales Representative I is an onsite role in Lubbock, TX. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. KLINGER GPI manufactures and supplies fluid-sealing and control products and provides calibration and equipment repair services to industrial customers. The representative manages customer sales activity from inquiry through quote and fulfillment, coordinating with internal teams to keep orders accurate and on schedule. Responsive communication and follow-through help oil and gas and industrial customers obtain products needed to keep facilities operating.

What you'll do

• Manage inbound and outbound sales activity for assigned customers
• prepare and issue timely quotes
• follow up on opportunities
• track order status and communicate updates
• resolve delivery issues
• coordinate with internal teams to meet customer deadlines
• document customer activity and next steps.
