The Apartment Maintenance Technician role is onsite at West Briar Commons in Sioux Falls, SD, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Complete maintenance requests and preventive maintenance
• repair apartment homes, common areas, buildings, and grounds
• prepare units for new residents
• troubleshoot HVAC, heat pumps, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, drywall, flooring, painting, and carpentry. Inspect amenities and grounds, communicate with the Community Manager, monitor expenses, coordinate and inspect contractor work, submit warranty claims, and respond to emergency calls during on-call rotations.
