What you'll do

• Respond to water, fire/smoke, mold, packout, and specialty-loss opportunities
• inspect properties and scope work
• prepare estimates and documentation
• sell projects and obtain signed authorizations
• communicate with customers, adjusters, agents, and property managers
• coordinate crews and subcontractors
• monitor schedules, costs, and profitability
• maintain project files
• complete billing, collections, and closeout
• participate in emergency response when needed.
