Inside Sales Representative, Steel Service Center

What you'll do

• Sell the full product line to customers by telephone
• answer inquiries by email, fax, website, and phone
• quote prices and delivery based on established pricing structures
• understand pricing for processing and value-added services
• maintain working knowledge of stock materials and applications
• prepare orders
• follow credit procedures
• complete order processing for prompt and accurate delivery
• coordinate with account managers and operations leadership on customer issues
• make outbound calls when able to develop the customer base.
