Personnel Security Specialist

This role exists to support the Sponsor’s system accreditation efforts by managing personnel security files, maintaining security databases, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and security directives.

What you'll do

• Maintain various daily logs, personnel security files, and extensive customer database POC listings for administrative and PERSEC functions.
• Perform data entry to the Joint Access Database and maintain all customer-sponsored billets, tracking spreadsheets, and quota information.
• Review, track, and monitor security clearance processing activities with government personnel to achieve appropriate clearance actions, while enforcing the customer’s Standard Operating Procedures.
• Prepare, process, and review Program Access Requests (PARs) and Special Access Program Nomination Process Questionnaires for accuracy.
• Conduct candidate reviews utilizing the Defense Central Index of Investigations (DCII), Joint Personnel Access System (JPAS/DISS), and SAPNP systems.
