The Branch Manager – Developmental Disability Services role is onsite in Prescott Valley, AZ, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Salary is $55,000–$62,000 per year, with a bonus available. The branch supports person-centered services for individuals with developmental and special needs and their families. The manager leads branch operations, staff, compliance, and program growth to help ensure consistent, high-quality services. The role oversees Care Coordinators and front office staff, tracks branch goals, manages administrative and financial processes, and serves as an escalation point for families and staff.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coach Care Coordinators and front office staff through weekly one-on-ones
• track client intakes, DSP onboarding, service continuity, and billing units
• maintain compliance with AZ DES, DDD, and AHCCCS standards
• oversee credentialing and schedule required trainings
• manage operating expenses, payroll exceptions, and billing accuracy
• serve as an escalation point for families and staff
• partner with the Community Liaison on local growth.
