What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• monitor vital signs and administer medications according to care plans
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping
• provide companionship
• observe and report changes in condition or behavior
• support memory care
• use Hoyer lifts for transfers when necessary
• maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
