The Direct Support Professional III – House Manager role is onsite in Glenfield, NY, in The Arc Oneida-Lewis Residential department. Pay is $24 per hour. The Arc Oneida-Lewis provides residential and other services and support for people with developmental disabilities and their families. The House Manager oversees residents’ health, safety, and well-being while managing daily home operations and leading staff. The role promotes residents’ independence, supports effective communication with families and service providers, and ensures policies and safety requirements are followed.

  • maintain relationships with staff, families, and community partners
  • ensure policies and individual rights are followed
  • conduct fire safety drills
  • maintain a clean and welcoming home

  • act as liaison with families, guardians, and service providers.
