Custodian and Maintenance Worker

The Custodian and Maintenance Worker role is onsite in Cobleskill, NY, with a flexible schedule of 30–35 hours per week. Compensation is $16.92–$17.34 per hour, plus a $500 signing bonus. What you'll do

• Perform general repairs, routine cleaning, and preventive maintenance
• partner with contractors on inspections and facility projects
• maintain outdoor areas and clear walkways of debris, snow, and ice
• keep emergency exits and safety latches accessible
• restock cleaning and restroom supplies
• assist with agency vehicle fueling and repairs
• and transport food, supplies, mail, laundry, and deliveries between locations.
