The Concierge role is onsite in Brandon, FL, with a full-time schedule from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Compensation is $18–$23 per hour. The concierge supports residents and their families at Victoria Crossing Rehabilitation from admission through discharge. The role helps create a welcoming and supportive facility experience by coordinating room readiness and admissions, greeting residents, responding to concerns, and communicating with nursing and administrative staff. It also supports transitions and follow-up during residents’ stays.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with Admissions on new admissions and notify nursing staff of equipment needs
• prepare rooms and welcome baskets
• greet and escort residents
• assist residents and families and respond to call bells as able
• communicate additional support needs to nursing staff
• address concerns through the grievance process
• assist with room transitions
• complete follow-up documentation
• provide tours when Admissions staff are unavailable
• send daily progress reports
• coordinate stored belongings and discharge gift bags.
