What you'll do

• Deliver lessons and instructions provided by the classroom teacher
• align instruction with state standards
• use formal and informal assessment to monitor progress and plan for individual needs
• use differentiated instructional strategies
• maintain a safe, trusting classroom and appropriate behavior standards
• promote confidence, perseverance, responsibility, and college readiness
• support equitable learning opportunities and a gender-responsive environment
• complete required training and drills.
