What you'll do

• Implement Practice Based Coaching
• assess education staff strengths and support needs
• provide focused coaching opportunities, observations, action planning, strategy implementation, reflection, and feedback
• offer group coaching opportunities
• support CACS Mentorship programming
• align feedback with school-readiness goals and curricula
• oversee strength and needs assessments
• review coaching data with the Partnership Specialist
• maintain ongoing communication and collaboration
• travel between sites.

Why this role
