• Perform onsite diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on refrigeration units
• verify performance through physical diagnosis and downloads
• inspect units and identify worn or damaged parts
• repair or adjust faulty components
• perform preventive maintenance and upgrades
• use warranty and service evaluations to manage repair costs
• complete repair orders and enter data promptly
• provide customer service
• participate in training
• test safety standards
• use proper personal protective equipment.
