What you'll do

• Lead the preaching ministry and oversee worship services
• oversee church teaching
• teach scripture and encourage its application
• support members in developing and using their talents and spiritual gifts
• maintain a counseling ministry
• lead follow-up and leadership training
• train and motivate believers for evangelism and promote missionary outreach
• moderate congregational meetings and, when the chair is absent, Official Board meetings
• serve as an ex-officio member of committees
• oversee membership and baptismal classes
• submit an annual report and periodic oral reports as requested.
