Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Sterling, CO, with a Monday–Friday schedule of either 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; The technician supports a leading global technology client’s facility operations as part of CBRE’s Engineering and Technical Services team. The role maintains building systems and equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and work-order completion. It contributes to reliable, efficient facilities across multiple sites and supports energy management and safety compliance.

What you'll do

• Prioritize maintenance activities across multiple sites
• complete tasks safely and on schedule
• investigate root causes and support continuous improvement
• assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems
• track assigned work orders
• support efficient building-system operation
• inspect installations for code and safety compliance.
