What you'll do

• Perform cardiac ultrasound imaging to evaluate heart structure and function
• review medical history, clinical indications, physician notes, and prior imaging
• obtain diagnostic images, Doppler data, and myocardial strain imaging
• identify abnormal findings and cardiac pathology
• administer ultrasound-enhancing agents under established protocols
• assist cardiologists during TEE procedures
• perform 3D echocardiograms
• document findings and prepare preliminary reports
• complete exam and contrast billing
• and comply with IAC echocardiography imaging standards. Required credentials are RDCS through ARDMS or RCS through CCI, current BLS certification, and diagnostic cardiac echocardiography experience.
