Catering & Events Manager

What you'll do

• Manage catering, event, and food truck sales from inquiry through final invoice
• handle leads, quotes, invoicing, and payment
• plan menus, staffing, timelines, and execution
• lead on-site and off-site setup, service, and breakdown
• coordinate staff, drivers, deliveries, and vehicle readiness
• recruit, hire, onboard, train, and coach staff
• manage inventory, pars, and ordering
• produce sales and labor reports and track budgets and revenue targets
• communicate risks to the Director of Operations
• assist with restaurant operations as needed.
