What you'll do

• Coordinate operations under established policies and procedures
• schedule and assign frontline tasks based on service requests and flight schedules
• perform services including marshalling, towing, fueling, oil, lavatory, GPU, deicing, valet, shuttle driving, potable water, and aircraft deliveries
• coordinate with team members, guests, vendors, and crews
• maintain time and service records
• prepare for arriving and departing aircraft
• identify safety concerns
• resolve service issues and delegate requests
• review performance metrics
• enforce safety, guest service, and security protocols
• follow emergency response procedures.
