The Day Program Support Professional works onsite in Asheville, NC, with standard hours Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM. Compensation is $18.00+ per hour, based on experience. Hinds’ Feet Farm is a nonprofit supporting people with brain injuries through day and residential programs. The role leads a group of 8–10 adults in activities that support social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and pre-vocational development. By adapting programming to participants’ abilities and safely facilitating outings, the position helps members engage, grow, and work toward personal goals.

Why this role

Requires a related bachelor’s degree, experience with individuals living with brain injury, group programming experience, eligibility for North Carolina Qualified Professional classification, and at least five years of driving experience with ability to drive a 15-passenger bus with wheelchair lift. Relevant CTRS, LRT, or CBIS license is preferred; willingness to pursue CBIS certification is acceptable.
