Veterinary Technician, Technical Customer Support

The Veterinary Technician role is onsite in Loveland, CO, and pays $25–$29 per hour. Jorgensen Laboratories’ Technical Customer Support and Care team provides technical support and product education for Jorvet products and services. The technician uses veterinary clinic experience and product knowledge to help clinics, distributors, and regional sales managers resolve product and equipment questions. The role supports product launches and lifecycle activities while helping customers troubleshoot equipment and navigate repair processes.

• Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries

Why this role
