What you'll do

• Advise and represent employers on employment law and labor relations matters
• counsel clients on laws, regulations, policies, and workplace practices
• provide compliance and employee-relations guidance
• conduct investigations and recommend strategies
• develop and deliver client training
• defend clients in administrative proceedings and state and federal courts
• draft and review agreements, policies, and legal documents
• analyze wage-and-hour, harassment, and discrimination issues
• assist with labor contracts and negotiations
• build client relationships and collaborate across firm practices.
