• manage inventory and orders
• maintain equipment and vehicles using Fleetio
• cross-train in service and delivery and work up to 60% in a functional delivery or service role
• enforce regulations and safety procedures
• conduct safety meetings and investigate incidents
• supervise and schedule staff
• handle customer inquiries and complaints
• assist with budgets and operational reports
• coordinate suppliers and vendors
• maintain delivery and inventory records.
