What you'll do

• Serve as a first point of contact for employees, line managers, and HR management on HR programs, policies, and systems
• provide administrative support to HR Centers of Excellence and business partners
• maintain employee information in HCM
• assist with HR metrics reporting
• support HCM and HR Portal queries and projects
• document inquiries and escalate complex cases
• meet service-level standards for accurate and timely responses
• help improve HR information and processes
• support ad hoc HR projects.
