Production Line Lead, First Shift

The Production Line Lead, First Shift works onsite in Cincinnati, OH, with schedules of 6 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–6 PM, Monday–Thursday, and Fridays as needed. Compensation is $22.50–$24.50 per hour. Ditsch USA makes pretzel products for food service and retail customers, emphasizing quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The lead supports production employees and keeps line workflow on track so safety, quality, and production goals are met each shift. The role combines hands-on team leadership with monitoring staffing and changeovers, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and support production employees
• keep production moving safely and efficiently according to quality standards
• monitor workflow, staffing needs, changeovers, and shift transitions
• reinforce food safety, sanitation, GMP, and workplace safety
• troubleshoot production issues and communicate updates to supervisors
• complete production documentation
• support continuous improvement, waste reduction, and downtime reduction.
