Activity Assistant — Skilled Nursing Facility

What you'll do

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating facility activity programs
• observe resident attendance, mood, behavior, and involvement
• note, report, and chart resident behavior
• recommend program adjustments to the Activity Director
• perform other duties as directed by the Activity Director.
