What you'll do

• Provide individualized swim and water-safety instruction one-on-one or in small settings
• adapt instruction to swimmers' needs
• use visual cues, predictable routines, simple language, and task breakdown
• provide appropriate physical support in the water
• help swimmers develop confidence, independence, and water-safety skills.
