What you'll do

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, communication devices, and other peripherals
• resolve and document service tickets
• triage customer IT and communications requests
• support user accounts, server rooms, backups, and loaner equipment
• assist with asset inventory, audits, and reporting
• install and maintain LAN cabling and hardware
• monitor LAN/WAN performance
• patch servers and switches
• and conduct cybersecurity scans and vulnerability mitigation.
