What you'll do

• Help patients move better, feel better, and stay active.
• Work Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility for 4x10s, one weekend per month, and coverage of one holiday per year.
• Use Homecare Homebase EMR.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.

Experience

Home health experience preferred. Hospital or SNF experience also preferred.
