What you'll do

• Complete unit trash-outs
• move and transport appliances as needed
• remove trash, mattresses, construction debris, and bulk items
• paint common areas and building exteriors
• assist with snow removal, cleaning, and landscaping
• provide access to vendors and contractors
• support general upkeep and special projects
• record time and close work orders
• communicate supply and equipment needs
• follow safety rules, company policies, local laws, and Fair Housing regulations.
