What you'll do

• Oversee supportive housing portfolio growth, strategy, and operations
• supervise and coach Community Partnership Managers and Tenant Support Managers
• align program and property management strategies with development, operations, and compliance teams
• evaluate policies and practices for service integration and outcome reporting
• secure, manage, and report on service-related grants and funding contracts
• participate in business development, advocacy, and policy efforts
• maintain relationships with owners, tenants, vendors, funders, service providers, and community partners
• track outcomes, compliance, and performance indicators.
