Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing
• uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• oversee inventory, supply ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
• support scheduling and staffing
• address team member issues
• respond to customer concerns
• track sales and cash handling
• assist with financial reports and performance analysis
• support food-safety practices and operational records
• help prepare reports and implement action plans.
