The Senior Specialist Field Engineer, Compute Infrastructure is an onsite role in Bellevue, WA, with a base salary range of $188,000–$275,000 per year. The role leads customer cluster bring-up and acceptance, validates high-speed fabrics and performance, defines bare-metal fleet operating models, and coordinates with operations, networking, and product engineering teams to meet customer deployment needs.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary technical contact for customers
• own technical delivery from facility and rack design through production-ready clusters
• lead GPU cluster bring-up and acceptance
• validate InfiniBand/RoCE fabrics and HPC performance
• remediate fabric, optics, firmware, and node issues
• define bare-metal fleet operations
• coordinate readiness with data center, fleet operations, and networking teams
• advise on technical contract terms
• lead proof-of-concept initiatives and customer workshops
• identify product improvements with engineering teams.
