The role aligns cross-functional teams on build and test readiness, manages program risks and quality issues, and supports transitions into steady-state production.

What you'll do

• Own the new product introduction manufacturing plan across EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP phases
• manage build and test readiness, exit criteria, and gate reviews
• coordinate transition from NPI to sustaining
• maintain risk registers
• lead readiness reviews for production changes
• manage manufacturing strategies involving contract manufacturers and standardization
• evolve the Hardware Quality metrics framework
• align engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and program stakeholders
• deliver executive program updates and drive decisions to closure.
