What you'll do

• Audit vendor invoices against quotes, contracts, purchase orders, and job records
• resolve discrepancies with vendors
• match invoices and supporting documents to job records
• update job financials
• verify vendor charges
• review closeout readiness
• close jobs and release them for client invoicing
• pursue missing invoices and documentation
• track outreach and outstanding requests
• code and upload invoices for payment
• maintain status reporting
• support audits and financial reporting
• recommend process improvements.
