The CDL-A Driver Trainee role is an onsite position based in Belmont, NH. Compensation is $70,000 to $110,000 per year after training, with a training pay rate of $24.50 per hour, supporting McLane Company's distribution operations. This role exists to provide comprehensive training for individuals to obtain their Class A CDL and learn the essential functions of commercial driving. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in product distribution, equipment safety, and operational procedures to prepare for a long-term career as a professional driver.

• Maneuver tractor into position to attach trailer
• operate truck in compliance with regulations
• inspect equipment pre/post trip
• operate handheld devices
• train with a mentor
• maintain driver logs
• assist in unloading product.
